When you contact Evermore, you choose what information to share with us. This page explains how the website uses that information.

Project inquiries

When you use a project inquiry form or ask Skye to pass along your details, we store the information you provide in a private inquiry record on our website server. This can include your name, email address, business name and type, website, project description, timeline, budget, and the page or study you came from. We use it to respond, organize the conversation, and remind ourselves to follow up. Our email provider processes the notification we send to the studio. We delete inquiry records after 12 months.

An AI service may select relevant statements from an approved Evermore facts file to help prepare a reply for a human to review. It receives the broad business type and selected interests, but not your name, email, website, or free-text message. We do not send an AI-written reply automatically. If a message includes sensitive personal details, the owner notification points us to the original instead of repeating those details.

Concierge demonstrations

The concierge is an AI demonstration based on original demonstration property information. Your messages are processed by our AI service to generate a response. If you choose Skye voice, your microphone audio is processed by Deepgram for transcription, the resulting text by DeepSeek for a response, and response text by Fish Audio for speech. Voice sessions end after five minutes. The service uses conversation identifiers and usage information to manage access and prevent abuse. If you use an email follow-up option, the email address and relevant inquiry details are processed to support that follow-up. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in demonstrations.

Preferences and technical information

Your motion preference is saved in your browser so the website can remember it. Technical information, including network addresses, may be processed by our hosting services and rate limits to operate and protect the website.

External Evermore Originals

Portfolio links open separate demonstration websites. Interactions on those websites are handled by the relevant site, and any form or booking demonstration should be reviewed before you submit information.
