Evermore Design House is a web design studio based in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi. You can contact us at [email protected].

Every project starts with a fixed-price written proposal. Your proposal sets the scope, pages, timeline and price. If your proposal differs from this page, the proposal takes precedence.

All prices are before Hawaiʻi General Excise Tax, which is added where applicable.

You pay 50% to begin. The final 50% is due once you approve the finished website, before launch.

You may cancel a project by email. If you cancel after work begins, completed work is charged at $150 an hour, plus applicable Hawaiʻi General Excise Tax, up to a maximum of the agreed project price before tax. Your initial payment is credited toward that amount. Any unused portion is refunded; if completed work exceeds the initial payment, the difference is due. We'll provide a summary of the work and hours. This hourly calculation applies only if the project is cancelled. Otherwise, your website remains a fixed-price project at the price in your proposal, plus tax.

Tailored World: Once you've seen the full site, send us one list of changes you'd like. Focused Website: Send us one list of changes to the homepage design and one list after seeing the full site. Signature Website: Send us one list of changes to the proposed design and one list after seeing the full site.

Additional changes beyond your lists are billed at $150/hour. New features or pages requested after we agree on the plan are quoted before we begin them.

Nothing goes live without your approval.

You confirm that you have the right to use the photos, text, logos and other materials you provide for your project.

After final payment, you own your finished website design, text and images created for you. Evermore may show the work in its portfolio.

Third-party fonts, software, plugins and stock or AI-image services remain subject to their own licenses.

Annual hosting is $350 a year. Alternatively, monthly care plans are Essential at $175 a month, Signature at $375 a month, or Estate at $695 a month, with hosting included.

Included changes cover updates to existing text, photos, menus, hours, prices and events. Unused included hours expire monthly. Care plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.

We reply within two business days. Estate clients receive a reply by the next business day.

First Look is an automated website check, with a free preview and an optional full report for a one-time $29 purchase. There is no subscription.

The full report includes prioritized steps, screenshot evidence and instructions, a suggested hero redesign, sharing suggestions, a saved checklist and a PDF. It is delivered digitally by email and through your private report link.

If your purchased report fails to generate or is not delivered, you are entitled to a full refund. Request it by emailing [email protected] with the email used for your purchase.

Original Evermore Worlds are fictional concepts. Nothing on them is booked, sold or sent.

We work carefully and stand behind our work. If something goes wrong, our total responsibility for any project or service is limited to the amount you paid us for that project or service. We aren't responsible for indirect losses such as lost bookings, lost income or lost data, or for problems caused by third-party services we don't control (such as hosting providers, booking systems, payment processors or plugins) or by content you provide. Nothing here limits any rights you have that can't be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi. If a concern ever comes up, please email us first at [email protected], and we'll work in good faith to resolve it together. If we can't, any dispute will be handled in the courts of Honolulu, Hawaiʻi.
